At Formerly The Office of Angela Scott, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted footwear. We offer returns and exchanges on unworn, pristine items within 30 days of the original delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn shoes in their original dust bags and shoebox, ensuring all packaging materials are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
